Iain did a wonderful job for us, converting our tired/old garage into a finished space that now serves as a combination storage space/office. There were many fantastic things about the job he did: - Custom, hand-made side-door and dutch/split garage doors he made for us. These are a highlight, and the windows let in a lot of light. - Concrete steps into the garage from the side-door (since our garden is a bit raised on the side) - Leaving the beams exposed for a slight barn-yard look - Great epoxy flooring making it feel a lot more "finished" than the previous rough/unlevel concrete The space has really become an extension of the house now, so thank you Iain!

Iain made a new deck in two parts, separated by a cement walkway in the middle. He removed the old deck--a big job. He made a hot-water cover which covered the hot-water heater which sits on the deck. The deck looks clean and attractive. He worked hard and discussed my concerns. He was easy to work with. We had a blank slate for our backyard and needed everything from a retaining wall, turf, pavers, custom built raised planter beds with doors, 2nd story deck, outdoor kitchen, and lighting. Iain did an AMAZING job. What was most impressive (besides his work) is his communication! There was no difference in communication from the time he stepped foot in my home to quote us to the last day he was done. I was also informed of what was happening and when. When we need anything else, Iain will be my first call!
