I needed to rebuild a deck that overhangs a pool, stairs, a lower deck, and a separate floating deck. Hiring Iain was the best decision I could've made. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, responsive, and always on time. And as good as all those things are, the workmanship on the decks was even better. There were a lot of odd cuts and corners (especially because the upper deck was on a sloped hill) but he made it all work. Not to mention he accomplished all this with a remarkably quick turnaround time, from start to finish. Also, because of his ability to adapt and solve problems on the fly, it made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated that. I've already received many compliments from friends and family and am now actually looking forward to the next big home project.
