I needed to rebuild a deck that overhangs a pool, stairs, a lower deck, and a separate floating deck. Hiring Iain was the best decision I could've made. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, responsive, and always on time. And as good as all those things are, the workmanship on the decks was even better. There were a lot of odd cuts and corners (especially because the upper deck was on a sloped hill) but he made it all work. Not to mention he accomplished all this with a remarkably quick turnaround time, from start to finish. Also, because of his ability to adapt and solve problems on the fly, it made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated that. I've already received many compliments from friends and family and am now actually looking forward to the next big home project. Because hiring Iain again isn't a matter of if, just a matter of when.

Over the last couple of years I have had the pleasure of having Iain Bense work on repairing parts of one deck, replacing the top of an entire other deck, removing and replacing an old front porch, washing down and cleaning stucco wall, removing and replacing two sets of wooden steps up to the tops of decks, and diagnosing and replacing electrical outlets in my house. He has always arrived on time and completed the jobs in a professional manner and provided me with recommendations for additional work I wanted done around my house.
